CRAIG KIOSK POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SITE AND SALE

Please read the following statement below regarding Craig Kiosk terms and conditions of our Web site and related sales. This agreement contains the policies, terms, and conditions that apply to orders and purchases from Craig Kiosk. ("Craig Kiosk ") that will be provided to you ("Customer") on all orders and purchases of products ("Products") and systems ("Systems"). By placing an order with Craig Kiosk, Customer accepts these policies, terms, and conditions. This agreement also contains the policies, terms, and conditions of the Craig Kiosk website ("Site"). By accessing this Site, you accept these policies, terms, and conditions. These policies, terms, and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.

PRICING AND PRODUCT POLICIES Craig Kiosk does not sell refurbished Products. Craig Kiosk is not responsible for any compatibility issues. Consult with Craig Kiosk before placing an order. Images on Site may not always represent the exact Product(s). Craig Kiosk holds the right to change prices or discontinue Products at any time without prior notice in order to remain competitive. Any quotations given by Craig Kiosk will be valid for the period stated on the quotation.

PAYMENT POLICY AND TAXES Craig Kiosk accepts the following payment methods: Transfer or cash. Craig Kiosk may accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Check, Purchase orders and extends terms on a case by case basis. Customer is responsible for any applicable sales, use or other taxes or local fees or assessments associated with the order. Customer must claim any exemption from such taxes, fees or assessments at the time of purchase and provide the necessary supporting documentation. Any sales, use, or other applicable tax or fees or assessments is based on the location to which the order is shipped. Orders from International customers are subject to customs duties and/or brokerage fees.

SHIPPING POLICY Craig Kiosk will ship anywhere in Indonesian and internationally, with the exception of AFO/ APO addresses. System orders require 6-12 full business days for building and testing. Volume orders may take longer. Rush orders for systems require 6 full business days for building & testing and cut-off time is 1pm Indonesia standard time. Orders can be delayed because of payment, billing, or shipping verification in order to prevent fraudulent transactions. Shipping closes at 4 p.m. Indonesian standard time. Tracking numbers will automatically be sent to the Customer when the order has shipped. Craig Kiosk does not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Craig Kiosk reserves the right to use an alternative shipping method due to weight restrictions. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions are subject o export laws and regulations of Indonesian. Title to products passes from Craig Kiosk to Customer on shipment. Title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s).

BACKORDER POLICY Craig Kiosk will not split orders unless the Customer requests a split shipment and provides payment for each shipment.

ORDER CHANGING OR CANCELLING POLICIES All changes or cancellations must occur before the order is processed by the Craig Kiosk accounting department. Cancellation requests after this time may result in a cancellation fee of 5% on Products and 15% on Systems (excludes any tax charged). Special orders and volume orders of 10 or more units are non-cancelable. Customers may request to make a change to or cancel their order by contacting Craig Kiosk during business hours. Changes may be processed to orders as long as the total does not exceed the value of the original order. If the total is higher, contact Craig Kiosk for instructions.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICIES No returns will be accepted without an issued Return Merchandise Authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. To request a refund or repair, fill out a request online or call our Returns department at 622270746900 or email. sales@craigkiosk.com. RMA numbers are good for 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the return products to Craig Kiosk. Craig Kiosk will use FedEx Ground shipping when sending replacement Products and Systems. Shipping is non-refundable. Claims that the Product did not arrive must be made within 14 days after "item shipped" notification. Claims that the Product was damaged upon arrival, shortage, or incorrect product claims, at the fault of Craig Kiosk or shipping company, must be made within 14 days of shipment.

Return for Refund Subject to the exceptions below, components and systems may be returned for a refund within 14 days of ship date. All systems are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Except in the event of a shipping error, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Craig Kiosk. The following products are nonrefundable: Products that have been defaced, modified, or physically damaged. Products that have became non-functional due to user error or virus. Products that have the warranty label/mark removed by Customer. Products returned without original accessories (manual, CD's, cables, etc.)

RETURN FOR REPAIR OR EXCHANGE If a Product or System appears to be non-functioning or defective, read this section and contact Craig Kiosk technical support at 622270746900 or send an inquiry to engineering@craigkiosk.com. A Craig Kiosk technician will contact you to discuss your issue and options. Systems built to order are covered under a one-year limited warranty and extended warranty coverage is available. If the system is under warranty, and the warranty has not been voided, Craig Kiosk will repair non-functioning systems. Except where noted, components sold by Craig Kiosk are covered under a one year limited warranty. Customers can either return the product directly to Craig Kiosk or, depending upon the item, return the product to the manufacturer directly. The warranty will be void if there is evidence of damage, misuse, or modification by the customer. The warranty does not extend to the following: closeout items, software, and items shipped outside of Indonesia. For warranty repairs, customers must bear shipping costs to and from Craig Kiosk and any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the RMA. When items returned for repair are found to be working or when the warranty has been voided, the cost of shipping back to the customer will be charged to the customer. Prior to sending in systems, customers should backup all valuable data.

CUSTOMER ACCESS, SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICY Every order is examined by a Craig Kiosk employee to protect Craig Kiosk and its Customers from fraudulent transactions. Craig Kiosk does not retain customer information. Craig Kiosk will never share, sell, or rent your personal information. Information provided is used solely for the fulfillment of your order and possible promotional notifications from Craig Kiosk.

DISCLAIMERS Craig Kiosk holds the right to accept, decline, refuse, or cancel an order for any reason. Receipt of an electronic confirmation does not signify Craig Kiosk acceptance of order or confirmation of Craig Kiosk’s offer to sell. Terms of payment are at the discretion of Craig Kiosk. In the event of incorrect pricing or information due to typographical error, Craig Kiosk can refuse or cancel the order. In this case, a refund will be issued immediately. Craig Kiosk reserves the right to make exceptions to these terms and conditions.

SITE LINKS AND TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHT This Site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. Craig Kiosk is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site. All product names throughout this Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders. All product names and company logos mentioned herein remain the trademarks of their respective owners. We consider this whole site under the protection of Indonesian copyright. Our logo is registered with the Indonesian government as well as some of our product logos, product names, and company name.Removal of our trademark is a violation of our trademark and a false representation of our product. The removal of our trademark will void your warranty.

PATENTS Many of our products have patents pending.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Craig Kiosk shall not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. Craig Kiosk shall not be liable for Products, Systems, or services not being available for use or for lost or corrupted data or software. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of Product, Systems, or services, Craig Kiosk is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claim is based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose, or otherwise.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE Customer agrees that any legal action brought against Craig Kiosk shall be governed by the laws of the Indonesian without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of or orders made from Craig Kiosk shall be an appropriate Indonesian Government.

Payment and Purchase Orders Any PO is due within 7days of the shipment of the product. After which a 10% per 30 days processing fee is due on the 22 day and every 30 days after. The amount charged will be the original bill plus all late charges as described above and any and all additional cost for the collections company.

All rented or equipment out for demonstrations is the responsibility of the customer. Any damage, or loss to the equipment is the responsibility of the renter, and must be paid for within 21 days of the original return date or late charges will apply. All equipment must be insured for the full replacement value of the equipment when shipping. Damage due to poor packaging is the responsibility of the customer. Loss of the equipment in shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please package the equipment well and insure it for full replacement value. The standard evaluation time for a Demo unit is 3 business days.

Warranty All Craig Kiosk off the shelf products include a one year return-to-depot warranty and access to a variety of technical support avenues. Extended and upgraded warranty options may be available for your kiosk, so check with your kiosk consultant. Craig Kiosk will make commercially reasonable efforts to repair your product within 10 business days of receipt at the repair facility. You must contact the Craig Kiosk at 622270746900 between 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, except Holiday. Be prepared to provide the following information: - Company Name - Model and of Equipment - Brief Description of the Problem - Location/Address of the Equipment After opening the call we will provide you with an Incident number. You should record this number for future reference; this will expedite phone support should you need to contact us about the call.

A Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) and return instructions will be provided at this time. You are responsible for packaging the Product sufficiently to prevent damage in transit. Packaging is available for purchase from Craig kiosk. You are responsible for freight costs to the service center repair facility, and any export taxes, customs duties, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the Product. Product which has been damaged, either in-transit or by the end-user, will not be covered under the warranty repair program.

Craig Kiosk will return Product to the contact name/address via surface freight pre-paid. The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, unreasonable use, neglect, alterations, improper service, improper installation, improper connections with peripherals, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. Liability is limited to the replacement to the Buyer of a functionally equivalent or upgraded replacement unit. Repair or replacement of the part thereof shall neither extend nor decrease the warranty period.

Any service or repair provided outside the scope of this limited warranty shall be at Craig Kiosk rates and terms then in effect.
